Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using linkweek (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to founders, team members, and any other users who access or use linkweek to analyze a website, generate content strategies, or create LinkedIn posts.

2. Description of Service

linkweek is a content strategy and creation tool that helps B2B founders turn their product into consistent LinkedIn content. Our Service may include, among other things:

  • Website and product analysis to extract problems, ICP, and value proposition.
  • Generation of content pillars, content angles, hooks, and draft LinkedIn posts.
  • Calendar and scheduling views for planning a 30‑day LinkedIn strategy.
  • Tools to edit, refine, and copy content for posting on LinkedIn.

We may update, improve, or change features from time to time as we develop linkweek.

3. Your Responsibilities

3.1 Account and Access

If the Service requires an account now or in the future, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Input Data and Content

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit to linkweek (including website URLs, product descriptions, competitor lists, and any text you enter) is accurate, lawful, and that you have the right to provide it.

You agree not to use the Service to submit or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

3.3 Use of AI‑Generated Content

linkweek uses AI models to help you generate ideas, hooks, and draft posts. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any AI‑generated content before publishing it on LinkedIn or elsewhere. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of generated content.

4. Intellectual Property

The linkweek platform, including its design, interface, underlying software, branding, and all non‑user content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by us, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service.

By inputting content into the Service (for example, your product description or competitor list), you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, process, and display that content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use linkweek.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

6.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to linkweek, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. The Service is provided on an "as‑is" and "as‑available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6.2 No Guarantees of Results

linkweek is designed to help you generate and organize LinkedIn content, but we do not guarantee any particular business outcome, including follower growth, engagement, or revenue.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, linkweek and its founders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, are misusing the Service, or if we need to do so for security, legal, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If account functionality is introduced, you may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We are continuously improving linkweek and may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are accessing the Service from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for complying with local laws where they apply.
